We would like to inform you that this notification on the processing of personal data primarily arises from the following documents:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or "Regulation")

Processing of Personal Data Based on Consent
We process personal data to the extent that you voluntarily provide it in the web form for the purpose of fulfilling your request. Your personal data from the web form are processed for 6 months after the form has been handled. After this period, all information from the form, as well as responses from it, are automatically deleted. Our company may also process your personal data for marketing activities. The scope of the processed personal data, as well as the duration for which consent is given, is defined directly in the consent, where you allow the processing of data for marketing purposes.
Processing of Personal Data by Processor
Our company does not primarily disclose your personal data to third parties. An exception to this rule may be the need for technical intervention by the administrator of our information system, with the goal of ensuring its functionality, currency, and system updates. System administrators, in case there is a possibility of personal data being accessed, proceed in the same way as our company in accordance with Article 28 of the Regulation – that is, such an intervention is carried out based on a contract, order, or other legal act, which specifies the period of processed information, categories of affected persons, the nature and purpose of processing, and the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. If there is a need to ensure the involvement of processors, our company will inform you through this memorandum, which we will publish in its updated version on these websites.

In accordance with the Regulation and Act No. 18/2018 Coll., you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
